TERMS OF SERVICE
BY COMMISSIONING ME, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THE FOLLOWING:— I retain the right to post the artwork on my social media sites and portfolios
— If you wish your commissioned work to remain private and exclusive to you only (don't post anywhere) there is extra payment at the amount of 50% of commission price
— The deadline is the end of the month for which you booked the slot, unless we have agreed otherwise
— You may not use non-commercial works for sale
— Commercial work costs x2 of the total amount
PAYMENT METHOD:— Payment is done over Paypal using my email
— If you wish to pay by invoice, you should cover the fees
— Payment in USD
— 50% prepayment after agreement and references, the rest 50% after sketch is approved (+ edits if needed)
— The first prepayment should be done within a week of confirmation. Otherwise, the reservation is canceled so that someone else can take this slot
— If your commission is more than $130, you can split the payment into several parts
— Refunds are not possible
STEPS OF WORK:— Check for free slots in my queue. Also track progress here
— Text me in direct messages which kind of work and format you would like to request
— If you don't have an image of your character, please give me all the references and descriptions of facial features and clothes. You can also give a brief description about personality traits, occupation, behavior of the character, so that I can better feel their image. Pinterest/Inspiration boards are also welcome
— You can send references in any way convenient for you
— I usually show the WIPs 2 times: the sketch and finished art. But sometimes I can show a draft first to clarify the details, as well as a sketch with colors. You can also ask to see more steps
— I only make edits at the sketch stage. If I missed something in the later steps, I'll fix it, but if you didn't specify something in references I may not do it. Upon completion of the work, I can change the color of some details or small nuances
— I draw in a resolution of ≈3000 pixels, if you need a larger format, let me know
